Terms and conditions 

. The purchaser is invited to view goods before purchase

.terms and conditions are to be accepted at time of payment 

. Full payment is required before item can be taken

. we reserve the right to refuse sale to anyone not complying to terms and condition's confirmed at time of sale

. stock is subject to general wear and defects therefor all goods are sold as seen

.we accept payment via bank transfer or cash. Debit card payments NOT accepted 

.once full payment is received we can hold all goods for 10 days after that time period a storage charge of £10 plus vat per day can be added

. if storage charge is applied it is to be paid before goods are taken

.once storage charge exceeds the price paid for the goods we reserve the right to resell the item.

. once full payment is received it is the buyers responsibility to ensure all goods are secured suitably for transport

.Loading is available at buyers own risk

.we cannot accept responsibility for damage or loss of value during or after collection.

.Deposits are non-refundable, and all financial transactions must be completed within 7 days of purchase. After which the sale will become void and any deposit paid lost. 

.All sales are final and non-returnable under any circumstances whatsoever.

.On purchasing any vehicle or trailer, the buyer becomes responsible for complying with all legal requirements as to roadworthiness and for obtaining all certificates before such vehicle or trailer can be used on the road.

.All items may be in need of repair and are therefore sold as seen and without any guarantee or warranty.
