Terms and Conditions

• The purchaser is invited to view goods before purchase.
• These terms and conditions must be accepted at the time of payment.
• Full payment is required before any item can be taken.
• We reserve the right to refuse a sale to anyone not complying with the terms and conditions confirmed at the time of sale.
• Stock is subject to general wear and defects; therefore, all goods are sold as seen.
• We accept payment via bank transfer or cash. Debit card payments are not accepted.
• Once full payment is received, we can hold goods for up to 10 days. After this period, a storage charge of £10 plus VAT per day may be applied.
• If a storage charge is applied, it must be paid before goods are collected.
• If storage charges exceed the price paid for the goods, we reserve the right to resell the item.
• Once full payment is received, it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure all goods are suitably secured for transport.
• Loading is available at the buyer’s own risk.
• We cannot accept responsibility for damage or loss of value during or after collection.
• Deposits are non-refundable, and all financial transactions must be completed within 7 days of purchase. After this time, the sale will become void and any deposit paid will be forfeited.
• All sales are final and non-returnable under any circumstances.
• When purchasing any vehicle or trailer, the buyer is responsible for complying with all legal requirements regarding roadworthiness and for obtaining all necessary certificates before use on the road.
• All items may require repair and are therefore sold as seen, without any guarantee or warranty.
